The Role: Business Development Manager
We are sourcing a business development leader who will report directly to the partnership team and who will focus on growing the opportunity base for each of our 3 major business lines. A network of environmental, abandonment and closure related decision-makers would be a huge piece of the puzzle. We would also like you to bring your business acumen, industry network and an understanding of oil and gas processes and supply chain inner workings. Your ability to build relationships, identify opportunities and place our value together with our partners will be critical to success.
You Could Be a Fit IF:
Key Requirements of the Successful Candidate
An understanding of oil and gas closure activities is key.
At least 5 years of direct industry business development and a strong network of industry professionals at all levels of the decision-making organizational chart.
Familiarity with CRM’s, budgeting, forecasting and business strategic planning is key and will be a clear indicator of success.
Track record of exceptional performance in current and past roles.
Ability to think strategically and to translate a strategy into execution plans.
Candid communicator who can work well within extended teams
A deep understanding of all things “Swayze”
